Baby's First Massage® is a fun and informative class for babies that can be taught to parents or caregivers as early as the first day the baby arrives. The instructor demonstrates the 15 simple strokes on a baby doll while the parent does these strokes directly on their baby.
The instructor will bring extra baby dolls in case a sibling, grandparent or other family member would like to learn some of the strokes. We will try to schedule the session when it is the best suitable time for the baby, but just in case the baby is having a "bad day", the parent can learn the strokes on one of the extra baby dolls.
A Baby's First Massage® private session generally lasts 30-45 minutes and is offered in the comfort of your own home. The price is $35 which includes the 52 page booklet beautifully illustrating the 15 simple strokes and a small bottle of fragrance free oil that will help to nourish baby's skin.
Group classes generally will last 60-90 minutes and the cost is $25 per person. Please inquire if group classes are available in your area.
If you are pregnant and would like to learn Baby's First Massage® during your pregnancy our instructor will teach you with a baby doll.
